Click4netphone advanced allows advanced users to connect SIP compliant hardware devices to the Click4netphone network.
If you already have a Click4netphone account, you should be ready to go. Otherwise, please sign up and register your free netphone line.

Note: The following devices have been tested to work on our network. Other SIP RFC 3261 compliant devices may operate but are not currently supported.

 
 

Xten Softphone
Supports Windows 95/98/ME/XP/2000, MAC, Pocket PC Users - Buy Download

Click4netphone has passed interop testing with the Xten softphone SIP softwares. To connect your Xten client to the Click4netphone network, you will need to configure the following details on the Xten System settings of your software. Please refer to your software manual for details how to access configuration for the device. VOIP hardware must have WAN internet access to operate.
    Required settings for Sip Proxy:
  • Enabled: Yes
  • Display name - This will be your name that shows to people you call.
  • Username - This will be your username for your Click4netphone number that begins with 999
  • Authorization User - Your Click4netphone username
  • Password - Click4netphone password (Case sensitive)
  • Domain/Realm - voip.click4netphone.com
  • SIP Proxy - sip.click4netphone.com
  • Outbound proxy - sip.click4netphone.com
  • Use outbound proxy: Always
  • Send Internal IP: Default
  • Register: Default
All other settings must remain default setting and you should be able to connect to the Click4netphone network.

 
 

Cisco ATA Compatibility
Click4netphone has passed interop testing with the Cisco ATA hardware SIP device. To connect your Cisco ATA device to the Click4netphone network, you will need to configure the following details on the Cisco configuration page of your hardware. Please refer to your hardware manual for details how to access configuration for the device. VOIP hardware must have WAN access to operate.
    Required settings:
  • UID0 - This will be your Click4netphone number
  • LoginID0 - This will be your username for your Click4netphone line
  • GKorProxy - Voip.click4netphone.com
  • OutboundProxy - sip.Click4netphone.com
  • Sipport - 5060
All other settings must remain default setting and you should be able to connect to the Click4netphone network.

 
 

Sipura Compatibility
Click4netphone has passed interop testing with the Sipura SPA-1000 and SPA-2000 hardware SIP device. To connect your Sipura device to the Click4netphone network, you will need to configure the following details on the Cisco configuration page of your hardware. Please refer to your hardware manual for details how to access configuration for the device. VOIP hardware must have WAN access to operate.
    Required settings Line1 or Line2:
  • Proxy = voip.click4netphone.com
  • Outbound proxy = sip.click4netphone.com
  • Register - Yes
  • UseOutboundProxy - Yes
  • User Id - Enter your Click4netphone phone number here
  • Password - Enter your click4netphone password here (case sensitive)
  • Use AuthId - yes
  • Authid - Your Username at Click4netphone
  • Display name - Your desired name to be displayed for caller ID
  • Desired codec - G723
All other settings must remain default setting and you should be able to connect to the Click4netphone network.

* E911 calling services not available on Click4 services. Please inform others who use your Click4netphone they must dial 911 through traditional phone lines or cell carriers. Not for use in jurisdictions where use is prohibited. Free calling refers only to internet calling, and requires that you provide your own internet access.
