Is there any charges for using the Click4netphone service?
We do not charge any service to use the software or to log onto the network. You are not obliged to purchase anything to place
PC-PC calls within the Click4netphone network. We do charge per minute rates for outbound calls to any regular cellular or fixed line phone number. Please visit our rate section for more detail.

How can someone call me on my Click4netphone account?
Anyone from the USA can call you via Click4prepaid either through dialing a local access line or toll free access. To call your netphone via Click4prepaid calling cards,
the caller must dial 011+ Click4netphone number. The caller pays 3.5¢/min (2¢/min local access) to call your Click4netphone from any regular telephone.

Where do I get my Click4netphone number
Your Click4netphone number will be based off your home or cell number that you register with Click4netphone. After you register with Click4netphone, we will approve your phone number that will resemble your traditional phone number. This makes it easy for everyone to remember your Click4netphone number.

How can I call a regular telephone line through Click4netphone?
Click4netphone works just like a regular telephone line. To dial any North American type number, dial 1+ area code. For international calls dial 011 + country code and destination number.

Yes. Both our website and our softare is encrypted by the standards set by Microsoft in tranditional SIP communications services.

Is their any expiration to my account?
Click4netphones have no expiration. The prepaid accounts on Click4prepaid do have 1 year expiration. Each time you recharge your account, this one-year expiration is reset. All we ask is to abide to our terms of service agreement, and your account will be maintained accordingly. Visit our Terms of Service Agreement section for complete details.

How is usage calculated?
Usage is calculated in 60 second or 1-minute increments. Partial minutes are rounded to the next full minute. Your account balance is recorded in US currency and usage charges are based upon the proper per minute rate to the destination country.

How will I know if my credit has expired?
You will be able to view your call credit for calls directed toward the PSTN (plain standard telephone network) At any time, you
will be able to recharge your Click4netphone credit by logging to our website with your username and password.

How soon can I use the Click4netphone service?
As soon as you validate your email address for authentication, you are good to go.

Can I use this service from other countries?
Yes you surely can. All you need is internet access, and a compatible Windows Xp or 2000 PC that will allow our software to be enabled. VOIP SIP hardware phones are also compatible.

Troubleshooting Hints
My Click4netphone will not log into the network
Please verify that your Click4netphone account is activated by logging to www.click4netphone.com with your username/password.
Why will my call not connect?
If you are calling a Click4netphone member, please check your buddy list to see they are online.
Otherwise please check your Click4prepaid account by logging to www.click4prepaid.com with your username and password and verify your account balance.
In order to provide you the lowest long distance rates our system automatically searches for a LCR (Least Cost Route) to complete your call. There are times heavy call volume can tie up these high traffic lines. Continue to reattempt your call and if the trouble persists for more than a 30 minute timeframe, contact our customer service and we will try our best to reroute your call through one of our other reliable call routes.
